Andrew Pierce and Ashley Hudson knew that there would be never a second chance once they walked into their Hamburg church. Ashley was 17 and she had never been married before. They began the romance very slowly. They fell in love with each other at first glance. Andrew asked God during New Year's Eve, right prior to the start of 2016. Andrew asked God for one final blessing that year: that Ashley say yes and get married. Ashley decided to plan the perfect wedding that had a rustic woodsy theme, which would truly represent her and Andrew. To create their perfect wedding, Andrew and Ashley decided to take a little inspiration from the things they adore. Ashley was born in the 40-acre property that was selected as their venue. Ashley played and explored throughout the entire land, even the trails they had walked in order to reach it. Andrew and Ashley have also explored the area multiple times before they started dating. Since the wedding was largely DIY, personalization played a big role. Andrew and Ashley's father built the seating area and the arch for the wedding ceremony. Ashley painted many of the decors. Ashley says that without Anna's incredible floral design, our wedding wouldn't have been as romantic or romantic as we had dreamed. It's truly amazing.
